Are you known for your attention to detail, are highly organized and pride yourself on your analytical acumen? This could be the perfect opportunity for you! As an Operations Analyst III, you will lead complex analyses to optimize operational processes and ensure financial efficiency within the organization. This senior-level position involves advanced analysis, supporting strategic decision-making, and mentoring junior analysts.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead in-depth analysis of labor efficiency, manufacturing variances, and financial impacts.
  • Develop and implement advanced financial models and operational analysis techniques.
  • Manage work breakdown structures, baseline data, and budget forecasts.
  • Perform detailed cost/schedule performance reporting and variance analysis using EVM and other methodologies.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to senior management.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure data integrity and accuracy.


Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree a related field and typically 6 or more years of relevant experience
  • Higher-level degree may substitute for relevant experience
  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
  • Thorough understanding of forecasting, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) measurement, scheduling and planning
  • Progressive experience with Material Management Systems and/or Manufacturing Systems
  • Understanding of Program Management, Operations and/or Supply Chain Management processes
  • Advanced Analytical skills
  • Strong background in industrial engineering with a focus on process optimization and efficiency
  • Experience in capacity planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and the use of industrial engineering software tools
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required


Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Professional certification such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Expertise in advanced data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military, and FAR Part 145 Repair Stations
