Associate Software Engineer job in Huntsville, Alabama is available with Moseley Technical Services Top Defense company. In this full time, direct hire, salaried job you will support the Ground Based Midcourse (GMD) Weapon System (GWS) by performing software engineering duties in support of the program's GSS IPT.
Responsibilities:
- Perform software development tasks for the GMD Weapon System (GWS) in coordination with the GSS IPT.
- Develop and maintain software using C++, ensuring integration with existing systems and tools.
- Utilize Python or other scripting languages for automation, analysis, or testing support.
- Collaborate within an Agile environment to meet evolving system and program needs.
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
- Active Secret Clearance required to start
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM-related field
- Experience with:
- C++ software development
- Python or other scripting languages
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with:
- Agile software development practices
- CMake (build systems)
- MATLAB (engineering computation)
- Security+ certification
- Familiarity with:
