IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Developer (B2Bi Developer)

The IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Developer will be responsible for assisting with the B2B integration processes within our organization. This includes configuring, maintaining, and supporting the Sterling platform to ensure efficient and secure data exchanges between business partners.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and configure IBM Sterling B2B Integrator platform
• Develop and implement B2B integration solutions
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure seamless data exchange
• Ensure data security and compliance with regulatory standards
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams
• Knowlege of electronic commerce, e-business, and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) concepts and components
• Read and interpret the X12 Standards manuals, and describe each of the standards supported and why we use them
• Use eXtensible Markup Lanuage (XML) structure, capabilities, XML parsers, and style sheets
• Create XML documents, read and write dschemas (XSD)
• Knowlege of XML and Electronic Data Interchange
• Navigate the different Sterling Integrator interfaces
• Use the Graphical Process Modeler (GPM), and define major elements such as menus, stencils, and the workspace
• Define business processes and build process models using the GPM
• Use the components that make up the Business Process Modeling Language (BPML), including activities, process rules, and element editors
• Knowlege of the XML Path Language (XPath)
• Create, check in, check out, implement, assign rules and conditions, archive, control versions of, delete, restore, and troubleshoot business processes
• Define service management, services, and adapters
• Use the Source Manager to search for, enable, disable, specify defaults, check in, check out, and administer maps
• Configure and create inbound/outbound business processes with the File System, HTTP, SOAP, SFTP adapter
• Differentiate between services, adapters, and activities as they relate to building business processes
• Configure a business process using the message output options
• Apply the Assign Service along with DOM or Doc features in a business process
• Create business process to capture errors and to notify the user of an error
• Create business process to manage 997s (Functional Acknowledgments)
• Create business process to send data to different storage locations
• Use the JDBC Adapter to create a business process to receive configuration values from a database and insert values into database
• Knowlege of certificate exchange, validation. and encryption.
• Knowlege of property files
