Radiance Technologies, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking candidates for a Senior Assembly, Integration, and Test (AI&T) Manager to support various programs for the DoD and internal Radiance IRAD. This position requires a talented and experienced AI&T Engineer and manager to lead and contribute to AI&T activities throughout programs' System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, including analysis/feasibility, planning/requirements, design, system development, testing, deployment, maintenance, evaluation, and disposition/disposal. The AI&T Manager will work closely with design engineers to ensure integrated hardware and software is assembled, integrated, tested, and ready for space flight. The manager will also lead the Space Group's lab and test equipment development, developing and support technology maturaiton road maps, develop and lead formation of AI&T/AS9100 processes, and managing lab formation.

Responsiblites:
- Develop, track, and manage project forecast, scope, risks, and schedule.
- Manage internal collaboration, review, and integration of project development with all stakeholders.
- Review plans, inspect fabrications, conduct investigations, and provide recommendations as necessary to assure compliance with established requirements, regulations, guidelines, and procedures.
- Develop and implement AI&T plans to maintain cost, schedule, and performance.
- Facilitates all project team meetings - design, test, industry partners, procurement, quality, safety, and others as deemed necessary.
- Track, update, and provide change order recommendations.
- Provide AI&T expertise and guidance to multidisciplined project teams for AI&T activities throughout the SDLC process.
- Identify, manage, and communicate program and project risks.
- Lead formation and run AS-9100 AI&T processes
- Manage lab and test equipment development and formation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, aerospace, or systems engineering preferred).
- Proven ability to lead a multidisciplined team to perform AI&T activities.
- Demonstrated proficiency in technical writing through previous experience in producing test plans, final reports, process instructions, or other equivalent activities.
- Experience supporting systems engineering technical reviews to include Design Concept Review (DCR), System Functional Review (SFR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR), Critical Design Review (CDR), Final Design Review (FDR), Test Readiness Review (TRR), and Production Readiness Review (PRR).
- Experience with hardware, software, and documentation configuration management of space flight hardware systems.
- Self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
Required Experience
- 8 years' experience leading mid/large-scale engineering or production projects (aerospace projects preferred).
- Experience and interest in problem solving, improving processes, and developing production sequencing.
- Experience with projects using Agile methodologies, Digital Engineering (DE), and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
- Experience performing detailed design activities, including iterative systems engineering; Modeling, Simulation, & Analysis (MS&A); mission thread development and analysis; Software-in-the-Loop (SWIL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) simulations; trade studies; hardware/software design; and prototyping, necessary for the SDLC process.
- Experience with Government or commercial spaceflight projects.
- Experience with aerospace system lifecycle design for launch, mission operations, and end-of-mission disposal.
- Experience with space systems material handling requirements.
- Experience with structures, thermal, and vacuum design and testing.
- Experience with electronic instrumentation, LabView, sensors (accelerometers, strain gauges, thermocouples, etc.), actuators, mechanical stands, and testbeds.
- Experience with 2D/3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, or Rhino.
- Experience with space qualification requirements and processes for space systems.

- Master's degree in engineering (mechanical, aerospace, or systems engineering preferred).
- 20+ years' experience leading mid/large-scale engineering or production projects (aerospace projects preferred).
- Experience developing and maintaining programs schedules in Microsoft Project.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Belt (ICGB) or higher.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Active SECRET clearance; TOP SECRET highly Desired
