Northrop Grumman Defense Systems Sector is seeking a Logistics Management Analyst to join our team in Warner Robins, Georgia. The selected candidate will serve as the repair life-cycle focal point and coordinate actions, as well as communication with subcontracted repair vendors. They will manage repair efforts of Line Replaceable Units (LRUs), Shop Replaceable Unit (SRUs) ensuring timely completion of assets, accurate stock posture, and budget accuracy providing the AAQ-24 Program Requirements.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Establish and maintain effective professional relationships with subcontract suppliers ensuring components are repaired within the negotiated turnaround times.
  • Direct repair distribution by Program directed priorities with subcontract suppliers, internal suppliers, external customers, and internal customers.
  • Participate in monthly material baseline reviews ensuring supply posture is adequate ensuring support of internal and external customers.
  • Forecast subcontract LRU and SRU repair schedule on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Establish accounting budgets for responsible subcontractors in accordance with available funding, statements of works, and program directives.
  • Collect large amounts of current and historical data to perform trend analysis on assigned internal and external customers and/or suppliers.
  • Update various systems to reflect accurate information within a timely manner ensuring up-to-date visibility of repair status.
  • Control the flow of information, services, and assets between points of origin through the logistics life cycle.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Must have Six (6) years related experience in supply chain management, material management, production and/or depot, and/or Enterprise Logistics with HS diploma/GED. Will consider an Associates degree or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of related experience or a Bachelors degree with 2 years of related experience, or a Masters degree with 1 year related experience in supply chain management, material management, production and/or depot, and/or Enterprise Logistics
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelors Degree in related field
  • 4+ years working with subcontract suppliers.
  • 4+ years formulating strategic material postures.
  • 4+ years' experience with Material budgeting.
  • Experience with SAP, Team Center MRO, Accounting databases
  • Microsoft Office applications experience - mid level

Salary Range: $58,000.00 - $87,000.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
