Position Description
ENSCO, Inc. is currently seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Data Analysis Specialist to lead a team responsible for capturing, analyzing, and tracking all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the Launch and Test Range System (LTRS). This role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement data collection processes, drive SLA performance monitoring, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with leadership skills and a deep understanding of enterprise service delivery metrics.

Position Description

This role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement data collection processes, drive SLA performance monitoring, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with leadership skills and a deep understanding of enterprise service delivery metrics.
Key Responsibilities include:
Team Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts responsible for enterprise-wide SLA data management.
- Develop strategies for data governance, standardization, and performance measurement related to SLAs.
- Foster a collaborative team environment with a focus on continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
SLA Management & Analytics:
- Design and oversee the implementation of data collection mechanisms for all SLA-related metrics across LTRS.
- Maintain a centralized SLA tracking system to monitor performance against contractual or internal service targets.
- Analyze SLA trends and compliance to identify performance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with service owners to define new SLAs or revise existing ones for alignment with evolving enterprise goals.
Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Develop and distribute periodic SLA performance dashboards and reports to executive leadership and operational teams.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Act as the primary point of contact for SLA data-related queries and escalations across the enterprise.
Process Improvement & Tooling:
- Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies for SLA tracking and reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal standards and external regulations (if applicable).
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or service performance roles, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
- Proven experience tracking and analyzing SLAs or service performance metrics in a large enterprise or government environment
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel)
Qualifications Desired:
- Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Six Sigma, CBIP)
- Experience with service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Familiarity with government service delivery or long-term support environments
