Chitra is seeking a Productions Coordinator to join our team at Camp Robinson in North Little Rock, AR, providing support for the Strength and Readiness Support Center (SRSC) for the Army National Guard.
The Production Coordinator will support the SRSC Video and Graphics teams by managing production logistics, coordinating schedules, and maintaining project documentation. This role requires excellent organizational skills, familiarity with video production workflows, and proficiency in scheduling and communications tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Documentation & Reporting
Create and maintain a comprehensive Project Update Document for the SRSC crew
Distribute updates to the Program Manager every Friday
Track project milestones, add call sheets and relevant dates to the Teams Video Production / Production and Editing / Production Coordination workflow
Meeting & Communication Management
Schedule meetings using Microsoft Teams and Outlook
Set up audio/video equipment for virtual and in-person meetings
Record and transcribe meetings; store transcripts in associated project folders
Video Production Coordination
Scout and recommend potential shoot/photo locations based on SRSC Graphics/Video section needs
Coordinate scheduling and logistics for all phases of video shoots
Generate and distribute detailed call sheets for production trips
Maintain and update Outlook, Google Calendar, and building hallway calendars
Stakeholder & Talent Coordination
Work with the SRSC Chief to identify points of contact for informational video projects
Initiate and schedule Teams calls to launch projects
Maintain a talent release database for all participants and contributors
Administrative Support
Monitor FedEx for new invoices and promptly forward to the Program Manager
Provide ongoing logistical and scheduling support as needed
Qualifications:
Experience in video production coordination or related media fields
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and cloud collaboration platforms
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Minimum Requirements:
Must successfully complete any required background investigation
Hold a current, valid state-issued driver’s license
Demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills
Display initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Effectively plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to meet program goals
Possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Be a U.S. citizen
Be able to accommodate occasional unscheduled travel for both the Video and Photo departments
Responsible for protecting and securing all Government-issued property, including documents and equipment
Must be flexible with work hours; position may require extended hours. This role does not offer overtime pay. A flexible schedule is available to ensure a standard 40-hour work week is maintained
