This team works closely with Intelligence Community stakeholders to understand complex requirements, shape technical solutions, and deploy mission-critical systems that address some of the most pressing security challenges.

This group specializes in developing secure, high-performance embedded software and networking protocols for advanced hardware platforms. They partner directly with end users to build, integrate, and deliver capabilities that enable real-time situational awareness and resilient operations across distributed environments.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain the software ecosystem supporting modern hardware platforms powered by advanced System-on-Chip (SoC) architectures
- Design and implement complex networking protocols with rigorous testing and validation to ensure performance, security, and reliability
- Contribute to the development of embedded systems software optimized for security and resilience in challenging operational environments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate networking solutions into larger distributed systems
Qualifications:
Required:
- Experience with one or more of the following programming languages: Rust, C, C++
- Experience developing for low-level embedded systems
- Hands-on experience implementing IPv4 and IPv6 networking protocols
- Active U.S. Secret security clearance (and ability to maintain)
- U.S. citizenship required
Preferred:
- Experience implementing and working with IPsec
- Familiarity with distributed sensor networks, secure communications, or mesh networking
Compensation & Details:
- Base salary range: $132,000 - $198,000 USD
- Comprehensive benefits package provided through the client
- Onsite role in Reston, VA - relocation assistance may be considered
