Intelligence Analyst

Position Overview

RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting an Intelligence Analyst in Coronado, California. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide multidisciplinary intelligence support
• Conduct research; analyze data; and create products, services, and data
• Assist with process improvement activities
• Assist with creating new intelligence-related training and materials
• Provide training to junior personnel
• Provide general administrative support
• Draft a wide variety of documents, including procedures and instructions

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Adjudicated Top Secret clearance with the ability to access Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
• Ability to obtain a valid U.S. passport
• Ability to research, gather data, assemble, and analyze facts; draw conclusions; and develop solutions
• Extensive and thorough knowledge of intelligence operations
• Working knowledge of and the ability to use email and Microsoft Office applications, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent work ethic, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to be detailed and accurate in performing all administrative and routine functions
• Ability to write clear and complete correspondence (in a military format as required)
• At least 3 years of experience working as an Intelligence Analyst
• Experience working with multiple intelligence disciplines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, completing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting stringent timelines
• Experience acquiring, creating, and leveraging resources (e.g., tools and data) and integrating advanced technologies to overcome process barriers and resolve inefficiencies
• Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced team development environment
• At least 3 years of recent experience working with or supporting the U.S. military
• Advanced knowledge of data management
