Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks a RPA/AI Information Assurance/Security Specialist (Robotics Process Automation, Associate) to support a federal government client in Washington, DC.
Most of the work performed under this contract shall be performed at client's Washington, DC facility. Telework may be permitted at the sole discretion of the client and must be approved in writing in advance. The Contractor staff will be required to periodically provide after-hours support, including during weekends, to meet critical needs such as release deployments, break/fix activities and training of evening and midnight shift staff. It is anticipated that most after-hours support can be performed remotely.
This position is currently unfunded and is being posted in anticipation of a future contract award and funding approval. We are proactively identifying and engaging with qualified candidates. While candidates may be contacted for pre-screening, any hiring decisions will be contingent upon funding availability and final program requirements or client approval.

For this position, the projected compensation range is $125,000 - $170,000 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL's complete compensation package. Responsibilities
- Support a team in the design and deployment of RPA/AI automation solutions utilizing UiPath and other tools
- Develop strategies and recommendations for information security (IS) compliance for RPA/AI-enabled solutions across various on prem and cloud platforms
- Support security compliance and authority to operation (ATO) for robotic and AI solutions such as bots, chatbots, optical character recognition (OCR), cognitive computing, machine learning, data manipulation, automated responses, implementing workflows, data mining, data analytics, data validation, and automated tests
- Develop, implement, and monitor security policies and procedures to safeguard RPA/AI solutions.
- For RPA/AI solutions developed by the team, conduct risk assessments, incident response, security awareness training for client, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security solutions, identify vulnerabilities, and support cybersecurity.
- Prepare security packages for compliance, ATOs and recertifications

Required Qualifications
- 7 years of related work experience
- 5+ years of experience administering IT security controls, accreditations, etc. for RPA/AI programs in the Federal government sector
- Experience with cloud-based deployments utilizing RPA software such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Kofax, etc. UiPath is preferred.
- Experience with cognitive AI tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Must have the ability to communicate technical as well as non-technical information clearly, both orally and in writing
- Must have a Information System Security certification such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP
- Must be a US Citizen
