Overview
Triaplex, Inc. (A wholly owned subsidiary of VTG) is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed full-stack Software Developer in Chantilly, VA.
We are filling 2 positions.
What will you do?
The successful candidate will support the design and development of a web-based application for creating and managing tasking requests and approval workflows. The application will streamline tasking to provide better information to users, provide a centralized location for managers to view all taskings, resolve duplication in requests, integrate with other tools, and provide metrics and reporting capabilities. The program is specifically seeking candidates with OpenTable format/PySpark experience, backend API technology such as Python (FastAPI), Java, SpringBoot, and RESTful design patterns best practices. Experience with JavaScript + UI framework (Angular, React, Vue, etc), Docker, AWS, and Terraform. Additionally, the program is seeking experience with Kubernetes.

Required Qualifications
Both positions require an active/current TS/SCI with Poly
• A master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or additional years of specialized experience in a scientific or technical discipline.
Mid Level: • 3-5 year's experience as a Software Engineer w/ Master's Degree
Senior Level: • 8-12 year's experience as a Software Engineer w/ Master's Degree
• Proven experience with OpenTable formats and PySpark.
• Demonstrated experience with backend API technology such as Python, Java, and SpringBoot, andexperience using RESTful API design patterns, standards, and best practices.
• Experience in client-side technologies (JavaScript, UI Framework, Angular, React, Vue, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience and technical understanding of AWS.
• Demonstrated experience with Docker, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
• Demonstrated experience working with Agile software development and DevOps practices, such asinfrastructure as code, continuous integration and automated deployment.
• Experience with the Linux operating system.
• Knowledge of DevOps, Release engineering and Operations approach to automate deployments.
• Experience working in a dynamic working environment.
• Experience working in an Agile scrum teamwork environment.

• Analytical, critical, and creating thinking and problem-solving skills.
