Salary Range:

Summary:
The Onsite Task Coordinator located at MCTSSA on Camp Pendleton, will manage the activities and tasks for all direct reports working on the designated MCTSSA contracts, located both in local labs and elsewhere in the United States.
Essential Functions:
Oversee daily execution of the project.
Ensure consistent communication with the Government’s designated task management.
Liaise with various sections in the unit to provide proper guidance to others in adhering to standards set and expected of the lab according to this contract and the unit.
Responsible for clear, timely, documented, accurate communication with project team and executive leadership to include tracking and approval of employee PTO, timecards, and expense reports via Unanet.
Communicate project directions to the project team and progress to USMC management.
Manage security and access control of IT laboratory spaces to ensure only authorized personnel gain access to managed laboratory spaces, ensuring all visitors are recorded in the visitor’s logbook and are properly escorted. Responsible for maintaining the visitor logs for entry and exit of the lab.
Responsible for maintaining a schedule for and managing the opening and closing of labs in support of operations in accordance with lab management policy, including coordinating with lab personnel to provide alternative opening and closing personnel during special events.
Conduct inventory control and oversight of lab equipment by serial number, classified material control number, and/or digital tag to ensure the possession and location of all incoming and outgoing lab equipment is recorded and properly tracked.
Induct equipment into maintenance or Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office (DRMO) as required and track status from induction through completion of corrective action, replacement, or destruction.
Responsible for ensuring equipment sign in/out logs are maintained and accurately reflect the movement of assets/equipment. Must verify all equipment entering and exiting lab spaces.
Track and inventory all laboratory equipment asset accounts including CMR, Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS), CMCC, and EKMS to verify accuracy for Responsible Officers (RO) to maintain accountability. Including addition and removal of equipment.
Maintain proper accountability, security, control, and disposition of Communications Security (COMSEC) material on Electronic Key Management System sub-custody accounts.
Report and track maintenance service requests for building/laboratory environments with the MCTSSA Logistics section to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
Coordinate with Supply and the lab teams to conduct market research for upgrading and/or replacing non system equipment.
Coordinate with unit and lab teams to ensure visitors, gear, and operations during all test events adhere to all proper procedures within the lab and unit.
Attend weekly operations synchronization meetings, ensuring laboratory set up and support for planned events.
Prepare and delivery weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Update all relevant forms, logs, and inventories as needed.

Must be able to perform with little to no supervision.
Proficiency with computers.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills include:
Experience with and comfortable interfacing at all organization levels.
Proven experience understanding customer requirements and mission needs and working to meet those needs effectively.
Familiarity with USMC Command & Control organizational structure i.e. MEU, Division
Education/Experience include:
Minimum of 5 years of experience
A bachelor’s degree may substitute for 3 years’ experience.
***Requires and active Secret clearance with ability to upgrade to TS/SCI.
Supervisory Responsibility: Yes. Will manage a small local team, and possibly employees in other locations, across multiple contracts.
Salary range: $70,000-$73,000
Working Conditions:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Use of standard office equipment such as scanners and printers, phones, and laptops. May be required to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. May be required to work outside of normal business hours.
