HOW AN ELECTRONICS ENGINEER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Radio Field Service Representative (FSR)/Communications Electronics FSR will perform analyses of system operations.
• Operations of hardware systems and components.
• Fault detection, isolation, and correction of hardware systems and individual components.
• Routine system maintenance and analysis functions including hardware configurations; adding, removing and replacing hardware components; and use of hardware and software diagnostic testing tools.
• Providing communication engineering, technical, and logistical support to the Government.
• Provide engineering support to design and update, as needed, satellite communications plans and network architecture.
• Technical support to develop and maintain communications sustainment plans and directly assist with or complete troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of communication networks.
• Technical support to directly assist via a web and satellite phone-based help desk.
• Once the systems are installed, the contractor shall continue to provide support for maintenance and upgrades as required.
• Provide continuing technical advice and assistance, maintenance, and repair support to the Government.
• Executing all required firmware and software upgrades and shall establish and execute a return materiel authorization (RMA) program.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education: High school diploma
• Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
• Required Technical Skills: Electronics Radio operation and repair
• Needs to possess power grounding, computer, and installation experience.
• Security Clearance Level: Secret
• Required Skills and Abilities: Ability to brief military customers
• Preferred Skills: Radio Repair
• Location: Customer Site
