Process Engineer - TS/SCI Clearance

**Active TS/SCI Clearance + Polygraph required**

Elucidation Concepts is seeking a skilled Process Engineer (PE) - Skill Level 2 to support our mission of driving continuous improvement across Enterprise-level systems and processes. In this role, you will apply process improvement (PI) and engineering methodologies to align and enhance organizational workflows. You will facilitate project teams in achieving project objectives, coordinate the transfer of new processes and best practices through group facilitation, training, and knowledge sharing, and serve as a key coordinator between multiple teams to ensure Enterprise-wide integration of engineering efforts.

What You'll Do

• Develop detailed plans for process assessments, both formal and informal.
• Work closely with systems and software engineering process development teams to determine organizational readiness and to conduct thorough assessments.
• Coordinate and schedule process assessments, leading assessment teams as needed.
• Lead assessment teams in executing formal and informal evaluations.
• Analyze assessment results and provide actionable improvement recommendations.
• Ensure assessment results and recommendations form the basis for effective improvement plans.
• Monitor and assess process improvement progress, reporting findings to stakeholders.
• Evaluate Systems Engineering and Software Engineering processes to address workflow inefficiencies, organizational structure alignment, and planning gaps.
• Assist in defining the Process Improvement strategy and capturing lessons learned.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to advance Process Improvement initiatives.
• Lead Process Improvement efforts using CMM/CMMI or other industry-standard process models.
• Support Enterprise-level Systems and Software Engineering Process Improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Clearance Level:

• Active TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph required.

Experience:

• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience with Process Improvement on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Of that time, at least five (5) years of experience within the past ten (10) years must include facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, and process engineering across all phases of acquisition - including best practices identification, change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, or information system development methods and practices.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or Education from an accredited college or university is required.

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to touch, handle or feel objects, tools or controls. The employee frequently is required to talk and hear and occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
