Full benefits: $90,000 to $115,000 annually

Solidus is hiring an Operational Software Engineer. This is an on-site role based in Aurora, CO.
Day in the Life:
- Evaluate operational software problems and provide immediate solutions to restore service, as well as integration and verification of new baselines
- Support troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation of software applications
- Identify and isolate sources of system errors or unexpected performance
- Perform testing, integration, and delivery of new software baselines
- Conduct in-depth analysis and assessment with an end-to-end perspective of a complex system in operations
- US Citizen with an active TS/SCI CI Poly
- Undergo a comprehensive background investigation
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
- 2 years of prior relevant work experience
- Experience with coding software in Java, or C++
- Experience in software development and/or software integration
- Experience with evaluating operational software problems and providing immediate solutions to restore service, as well as integration and verification of new baselines
- Troubleshooting, maintaining, and documenting software applications
- Identifying and isolating sources of system errors or unexpected performance
- Perform testing, integration, and delivery of new software baselines
- Conduct in-depth analysis and assessment with an end-to-end perspective of a complex system in operations
- Experience with software configuration management systems such as git or Bitbucket
- Ability to work in a structured, configuration-controlled environment, primarily focused on the support and maintenance of real-time software applications on an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contract.
- Linux/Unix, GIT, and SQL experience
- JIRA, BitBucket, and Confluence
