Description:We are Lockheed Martin
Provide technical and management leadership of the on-site MDCX C2 (Command and Control) System personnel at Pax River. Coordinate team efforts and activities for the C2 Systems Onsite Support team to deliver results and ensure meeting customer system operational capabilities. Establish and coordinate processes, plans, and procedures necessary to provide timely, accurate, and focused support of the MDCX Systems. Provide leadership and coordination between Lockheed engineering sites and teams in Marietta GA and Fort Worth TX. Ensure proper implementation of earned value management systems, processes and tools. Maintain technical cognizance over MDCX Onsite team, build effective relationships and ensure appropriate coordination with equivalent Lockheed and government (JPO and NAVAIR) personnel. Ensure coordination for MDCX team's efforts across the delivered systems to include travel and on-location support onboard support for ship based systems. Responsible for day-to-day tasking of direct reports and energizing the team. Perform employee personnel matters such as: performance evaluations, merit, rankings, employee recognition and coordinate with functional organizations. Model personal excellence, integrity and accountability.
A level 5 employee Typically has 14 - 20 years of professional experience.
**Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and a Top Secret clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications:
Engineering Leadership Experience
Bachelors degree in STEM or related field
Current Top Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
UAV unmanned vehicle experience/knowledge
Experience with CVN/Navy infrastructure and operations
Familiar with Mission Systems
System Administrator knowledge experience
Familiar with Earned Value
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $122,900 - $216,660. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
