PURVIS Systems is a technology solutions company that develops, implements, and maintains mission-critical solutions for Federal and Local Governments. We have an immediate opening for a Program Manager to support various contracts we have with our Naval Undersea Warfare Center customer.
The day to day responsibilities of this role will include:
Manages a 6-person team comprised of technicians and IT professionals to support two on-site laboratories and a mobile laboratory.
Manages a 2-person team in support of engineering and technical services for government client for program & post development support.
Participates in technical project meetings with team and customers to review contract status and execution.
Completion and tracking of all project deliverables to ensure successful project execution, as well as project status reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any technical and managerial discipline for an accredited college/university. Degree in Engineering or Computer Science is a plus.
5 years professional experience as a Program Manager.
3 years of demonstrated proficiency with Electronic Warfare, Electromagnetic Warfare and Special Projects.
Experience with government contract execution, subcontract management, budgeting, planning, estimating, and delivery/reporting.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
