Role Overview:
Responsible for day-to-day design, coding, testing, and deployment of TOMIS applications and subcomponents, including the eGov system, using the Microsoft .NET MVC framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, modernize, and maintain .NET MVC applications (currently on .NET 8).
Lead projects involving legacy system updates, backend database schema redesign, and OLTP application development.
Administer servers for development, test, and production environments (on-premises and cloud).
Apply Agile and DevOps methodologies to development cycles, including unit testing and CI/CD.
Participate in system integration, code management (using Git), and version control.
Liaise with customers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Remain current with technology trends, develop whitepapers, and present recommendations to OFM management.
Ensure compliance with CMMI Level 3 standards for software development and services.
Responsible for maintaining documentation, compliance with Section 508, and participation in Agile development and DevOps processes
Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of hands-on .NET MVC experience, preferably with experience leading technical teams.
Proven expertise with Microsoft unit testing frameworks and CI tools.
Extensive experience in Agile/DevOps environments, including multi-branch merge and release processes.
Strong documentation and communication abilities.
