Role Overview:
Serves as the primary point of contact for coordination among the Contractor, Product Owner, and Contract Officer Representative (COR). Leads project planning and reporting, and participates as a voting member of the Change Control Board (CCB).
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate product and sprint planning in line with Agile principles.
Analyze and document change impacts and the level of effort for all proposed system changes.
Update project schedules and communicate the impact of approved changes on schedules.
Lead and schedule training sessions for OFM, including application training for internal staff and foreign community users.
Develop and maintain status reports and ensure documentation aligns with contract requirements.
Facilitate communication and timely problem resolution with program offices.
Oversee the deliverables associated with each sprint and contract milestone.
Responsible for maintaining documentation, compliance with Section 508, and participation in Agile development and DevOps processes
Qualifications:
10 Years experience managing Agile software projects, sprint planning, and reporting.
Strong coordination skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with federal government IT project environments and procedures.
PMP Certification is required; PMP training is mandatory.
