We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team supporting flight and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical and electrical systems knowledge, and experience with aircraft maintenance programs. This is a hands-on role that plays a critical part in maintaining mission readiness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of T-7 aircraft systems, including communication/navigation, instrumentation, and mechanical/electrical components.
Use technical orders, schematics, and diagrams to diagnose faults and conduct component-level repairs.
Operate ground support equipment and maintain assigned aircraft in accordance with USAF procedures.
Remove and reinstall aircraft panels (excluding C&R panels) to facilitate maintenance actions.
Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and tool control programs.
Accurately document all work manually and electronically per AFTO 781 and IMDS systems.
Train and mentor junior maintenance personnel through on-the-job training and task oversight.
Support scheduled inspections and maintenance cycles as outlined in the program directives.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts and uphold quality assurance standards.

Required Qualifications:
5–7 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance with hands-on troubleshooting and repair.
Leadership or supervisory experience in maintenance task execution.
Ability to work rotating shifts and flexible schedules.
Proficient in reading electrical schematics and system diagrams.
Knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements and quality management systems.
Familiarity with DoD maintenance systems (e.g., AFTO 781, IMDS).

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting Development Programs or Flight Test Programs.
Prior work with U.S. government and military personnel.
Strong electrical and avionics troubleshooting knowledge.
Understanding of DoD compliance, safety, and documentation standards.
