Our work depends on a Senior-level Intelligence Management Specialist (Engagements) to serve in support of defense analytical and administrative requirements for a Combatant Command (CCMD), Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC).
HOW A SENIOR-LEVEL INTELLIGENCE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (ENGAGEMENTS) WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Assist with design, development, and drafting of reports and Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) concerning intelligence relationships for USCENTCOM J2.
- Process, track, and delegate Task Management Tool (TMT) tasks, Joint Staff 136 actions, IC E-tasks, and key leader engagement correspondence.
- Facilitate U.S./partner RFIs with the Joint Staff, DIA, other CCMDs, service components, and stakeholder organizations.
- Assist with the logistics, coordination, and execution of USCENTCOM J2 sponsored intelligence engagement events.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful planning and execution of events.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Security Clearance Level: TS / SCI, with polygraph eligibility.
- US Citizenship Required
- Desired Education and Experience: Master's degree with 12 yrs related experience or Bachelor's degree with a total of 17 yrs experience as a substitute to the Master's degree. At least a portion of your experience must be in the last 2 yrs.
- Required: Proficiency in common office production applications (Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, etc.). Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge of intelligence processes and procedures.
- Preferred: USCENTCOM experience.
