Full Stack Web Engineer
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Salary: $150K–$200K (Depending on Experience)
About the Role
My client, a fast-growing cybersecurity and data intelligence company, is looking for a Full Stack Web Engineer to join their high-impact Product Engineering team. This is a critical position where you'll own features end-to-end, working across modern web technologies to build real-time dashboards, data visualizations, and system management tools that are helping keep critical infrastructure safe and operational.
This role reports to the Director of Software Engineering and works closely with engineers, product managers, designers, and program managers to deliver tools that literally help save lives. The company’s platform enables real-time observability into operational technology (OT) systems for aerospace, rail, and defense sectors—powering smarter, faster, and safer decision-making across mission-critical assets.
What You’ll Do
* Take ownership of full-stack features from design to deployment.
* Build robust, scalable backend services that process and serve data from multiple sources.
* Develop intuitive and responsive front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
* Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to integrate algorithms and models into functional, user-friendly applications.
* Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that stands up to scale.
* Contribute to technical architecture and help shape the engineering roadmap.
* Ensure seamless integration across internal systems and products.
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
* Proven ability to work effectively across both front-end and back-end (ideally 50/50 split).
* Strong tenure in previous roles (ideally no more than 3 companies in the past 5 years).
* Self-sufficient—comfortable operating with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience working with REST APIs, cloud-native services, and scalable distributed systems.
