Senior Physical and Industrial Security Specialist / Team Lead

Amentum is seeking a Senior Physical and Industrial Security Specialist /Team Lead to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and Office of Security (SIS).

Duties may include:

• Functional Lead is responsible of overseeing the roles of all Industrial, Physical, and Access Control (Security Management System) positions within SISI,
• Team Leads (two Skill Level 4) are responsible to oversee the roles within the industrial and physical security positions they are assigned. Team Leads will coordinate/collaborate with the Branch Chiefs whom they support.
• Functional Lead will manage the administrative and technical requirements necessary to efficiently support mission requirements and the personnel performing duties specified in positions 8, 9, 10, 11and/or 12.
• Functional/Team Leads shall ensure individuals and teams will provide timely security support, and effort, to Industrial and Physical Security Division's internal and external tasking's, projects, and programs, to include Physical, Industrial, and Access Control (Security Management System and Department of Defense Common Access Card).
• Functional Lead shall ensure individuals and teams will provide timely security support and effort to government personnel when acting on behalf of the Chief, Industrial and Physical Security Division.
• Team Leads will keep the Functional Lead abreast of any issues and/or challenges which may impact SISI mission requirements. Functional lead will communicate issues and/or challenges to C/SISI or acting government designee.
• May required CONUS/OCONUS travel up to 25%.

Required:

• TS/SCI clearance and must be willing to undergo a polygraph exam
• Technical knowledge to support functions of a physical or industrial security program
• Experience in generating security metrics/reports
• Experience in working in the physical security or industrial Security field Task monitoring

Desired:

• Possess the GSA-Authorized Safe and Vault Technician and Inspector Training Certification
• Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC)
• Physical Security Certification (PSC)
• ASIS Certification (any)
