OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a skilled Identity and Access Management Developer to enhance our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, possessing a deep understanding of IAM principles, including user provisioning, role-based access control, identity federation, and secure authentication methods. This role requires expertise in IAM systems, a strong grasp of security practices within IT infrastructure, and the ability to independently address complex IAM challenges.

The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, possessing a deep understanding of IAM principles, including user provisioning, role-based access control, identity federation, and secure authentication methods. This role requires expertise in IAM systems, a strong grasp of security practices within IT infrastructure, and the ability to independently address complex IAM challenges.
GENERAL DUTIES:
- Develop and implement robust IAM solutions, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and security best practices.
- Engage in the entire lifecycle of IAM projects, from planning and design to deployment, advocating for security and efficiency.
- Lead initiatives in integrating IAM services with existing and new applications, enhancing identity security and access management.
- Independently resolve complex IAM issues, enhancing system security and user access reliability.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, focusing on IAM architecture, system design, and policy implementation.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in IAM practices, promoting a culture of technical excellence and security awareness within the team.
- Oversee critical IAM projects, such as the implementation of Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and identity synchronization.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience with IAM technologies and platforms like Okta, SailPoint, Azure Active Directory, AWS IAM, or similar.
- Proficiency in programming languages relevant to IAM development, such as Java, Python, or PowerShell.
- In-depth knowledge of integrating IAM solutions in complex IT environments, including cloud-based infrastructures.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, adapting them to IAM development and deployment projects.
- Leadership skills with experience in managing IAM-focused projects, aligning them with organizational security goals.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, capable of leading teams and working effectively across various IT domains.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on creating secure and user-friendly IAM solutions.
