Versar Global Solutions is currently looking for qualified candidates to fill positions for the Community Planning and Real Propertyon Prince Sultan Air Base in Al Kharj, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in support of the Power Production Services and Engineering Design Assistance and Construction Management program. Your Impact

• This discipline conducts site surveys on the installation to gather data such as but not limited to personnel and unit occupancy, equipment requirements, communication requirements, etc. on facilities and utilized spaces. You will ensure data is recorded and updated in approved Government databases for easy access and use. You will also be responsible for providing project siting recommendations.
• This discipline will be responsible for validating new project requirements against the Installation Development Plan and managing the supporting sub-component plans within.
• This discipline will enter data describing existing and new facilities into Base Real Property Inventory records each week.
• This discipline will also be responsible for making space request recommendations and is responsible for maintaining an accurate database of space and list of occupancy.
• You will coordinate with customer and other Government units/entities to review all space utilization requests to provide Government leadership with information and decision recommendations for said requests. You will provide critical space utilization information in leading efforts to support mission critical events such as personnel beddown and workspace requests, installation facility consolidation efforts, etc. and ensure all utilized space are documented in NextGen IT or other Government approved databases.
• This discipline will build, manage, and update the real property record in accordance with AFI 32-9005.
• This discipline attends meetings as required for projects or investigative/project development tasking.
• This discipline will be responsible for writing documents as needs are identified by the Government
• This discipline will follow all VGS standard policies and practices.

Who You Are
Required Qualifications

• Must have computer skills and be able to operate a variety of computer programs.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment date
• Must maintain a valid passport from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment date. Passport must have a minimum of 6 blank pages prior to OCONUS mobilization.
• Must satisfy the pre-deployment medical requirements for CENTCOM prior to OCONUS mobilization and must be able to maintain a Medically Qualified (MQ) rating on an annual basis.
• Must be CAC eligible and able to gain and maintain authorized entry onto US military installations.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience
• Formalized training in Real Property or completion of military Real Property course preferred
• Proactive nature and strong interpersonal skills in collaborating, communicating, and working with (1) Other senior managers and staff (to include Site management team), (2) Local and International subcontractors; (3) US Military representatives; and (4) Local officials as required.
• Duties may involve work outdoors with a potential exposure to desert climatic conditions
• Scheduled work hours up to 72 hours per week
• Must currently possess, or be eligible for, a SECRET clearance
