Mayvin is seeking a Computer Specialist/Network Engineer to support a broader mission within a Federal Law Enforcement agency in Washington, D.C. This position will provide expert support services to augment network engineering staff.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities :
- Provide networking equipment inventory management with the HQs and in the field, utilizing the Division's inventory system
- Assist with day-to-day network maintenance to include installation, configuration, operation, and troubleshooting of switched networks and equipment
- Develop and implement quality assurance and control plans for network maintenance
- Review, analyze, document, and implement network disaster recovery plans
- Lead projects as an Engineering Lead and/or Project Manager to develop secure, resilient systems
- Prepare conceptual designs, schedules, and cost estimates for new and modified systems signal characteristics and threat level
Qualifications :
- Associate's Degree in Computer Technology or a closely related field
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification (required)
- Minimum 7 years of relevant Communication Signals Collection experience
- Must be willing to conduct shift work and travel as needed
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications :
- Prior Computer Specialist/Network Engineer experience supporting Federal Law Enforcement
