The ServiceNow Technical Business Analyst Lead will serve as the key technical resource leading the strategy and all Business Analyst aspects for the development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow TSOM and OMT implementation. The successful candidate will have fluency in ServiceNow including SAM processes and module development principles that enables effective communications with stakeholders to develop enterprise business solutions for our customer that leverages industry processes and best practices.
