Position Title: Task Order 8002 Stakeholder and Task Integration Manager

Description of Duties:
The Task Order (TO) 8002 Stakeholder Task & Integration Manager (STIM) for MDA Integration and Operations Center (MDIOC). This TO is part of the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract and to protect Missile Defense System (MDS) baseline integrity while supporting the successful technical execution of all Missile Defense Agency (MDA) events and mission activities performed under the IRES contract. The STIM is a senior SME with a proven understanding of customer requirements and knowledge of what skills and resources will be needed to meet those requirements. The successful candidate will:
• Be charged with ensuring and reporting overall TO performance, cost, schedule, and mission success
• Be the TO point of contact responsible for interfacing with MDA and TO stakeholders and customers throughout the TO life cycle
• Provide on-the-ground communications and coordination with Government and IRES stakeholders
• Perform integrated scheduling and de-confliction at the TO level
• Ensure coordination, communication, and integration among the other STIMs, Department Directors, and functional leads to ensure success for the TO and the program
• Partner between other STIMs and Department Directors to provide agility in workforce utilization, training, and tools
• Demonstrate insightful leadership and analysis in several areas, to include team building, business model adjustments, project planning/management, technical implementation, and organizational optimization to reach desired goals
• Effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with a diverse group of external and internal personnel, to include senior government customers
• Make judgments required for planning, prioritizing, organizing, and executing a diversified workload.
• Address complex challenges, develop robust solutions, and guide the team to success
• Drive organizational change to better support customer requirements

• Be able to work independently to accomplish objectives with superior attention to detail

Basic Requirements:
• Must have 16, or more, years of general (full-time) work experience
• Must have 12, or more, years of experience leading teams of varying size and complexity
• Must have experience in cross functional coordination
• Must have experience in customer service
• Must have experience in strategic planning
• Must have working knowledge of financial management
• Must have, or obtain and maintain, an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
This position is expected to pay $172,000 - $192,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
