Valiant is seeking a skilled Program Security Manager to report directly to the Site Manager. The job responsibilities include:

Position Requirements
SECURITY CLEARANCE: Active Secret, TS/SCI preferred.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Work to ensure that the programs and facilities are in compliance with security directions, guidance, and oversight.
- Prepare the SAP facility for SAP security inspections/staff assistance visits (SAVs).
- The candidate will also manage initial and annual review of personnel security clearance information for Division personnel above and beyond Sensitive Compartmented Access requirements.
- Maintain SCI policies and procedures by developing and advising on revisions to current policy and procedures
- Ensure Division personnel requiring a periodic reinvestigation of their security clearance have the required access and will provide training for personnel to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to safeguard and protect highly sensitive classified information and know how to apply the appropriate security classification markings.
- Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements
SECURITY CLEARANCE: Active Secret, TS/SCI preferred.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma
- 5+ years of experience serving as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) or in a related role.
- 5+ years working with security manuals including
- DoD 5105.21
- DoD 5205.7 Volumes 1-74
- RMP, TCDs, and JPANFN6/0
- 1+ years of experience briefing large groups of people.
- Demonstrated experience in SAP Personnel Security, Physical Security and Information Security.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Physical ability to walk on rugged, un-level surfaces, stand and/or sit for extended periods of time, and to climb two (2) flights of stairs and ladders is required.
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds.
- Physical requirements may include, but are not limited to, lifting, ascending, and descending stairs, climbing, extended sitting or standing, to various degrees.
