Position Overview:
Client is seeking experienced MH-139 Operations Technicians to support maintenance and modification efforts on the MH-139 program at FE Warren Air Force Base in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Multiple positions are available across Structures, Avionics, Mechanical, and Weapons disciplines. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-visibility rotorcraft program in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble, disassemble, and modify aerospace vehicle systems and components.
  • Oversee and perform system upgrades, repairs, and overhauls.
  • Configure aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment.
  • Troubleshoot complex pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
  • Perform validation and verification testing of systems and components.
  • Document procedures, repairs, test results, and inspections to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.
  • Inspect components and verify repairs meet flight-worthiness requirements.
  • Work under general direction and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Basic Qualifications (Required):
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in military aircraft maintenance.
  • Proficient in the use of aircraft-specific tools such as torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, sheet metal brakes, and shears.
  • High school diploma or GED and typically 4+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with MH-139 maintenance and/or modifications.
  • Background in rotorcraft maintenance.
  • Current or former Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License.
  • General mechanic experience across multiple aircraft systems.
Additional Requirements:
  • Willingness to work multiple shifts as needed.
  • Ability to ascend/descend ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Familiarity with Hazardous Energy and Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and FOD (Foreign Object Debris) prevention standards.

An ACTIVE U.S. Government Security Clearance is Required to be considered for this role.
