Salary at MIL is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and contractual limitations. For this position, the projected compensation range is $115,000 - $145,000 per year. The MIL Corporation seeks an RPA Developer (Robotic Process Automation, Associate) with process automation experience to support federal government clients in the Washington, DC area. Responsibilities include building RPA automations to support financial processes.

Responsibilities
- Work with client and team to analyze, design and implement RPA-enabled automations
- Support testing and technical training for users.
- Provide deployment and post-deployment support for automations
- Develop recommendations for improvements to enhance the efficiency or effectiveness of client processes via automation
Travel
No travel is required for this position.
Required Qualifications
- 7 overall years of technical experience in systems development, requirements development and/or automated financial systems analysis
- 2 years of experience developing bots for financial, accounting, procurement or similar business processes utilizing UIPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Must have the ability to communicate technical as well as non-technical information clearly, both verbally and in writing
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of and experience with US Federal financial, accounting, procurement or government business processes
- Knowledge of and experience with CGI Momentum federal financial software, especially in deployments of automations
- Understanding of enterprise frameworks and best practices for development
- Experience creating automated solution designs
Education
