CE Engineering IP Configuration Engineer (US Citizen) - Melbourn

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience or 2 years post-Secondary/ Associates Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
• MS Office skills, Strong skill set with Microsoft Office software applications and Visio.
• Understand the network engineering technical processes
• Project management skills from a Telecommunications background
• Basic understanding of how the Network Connectivity works with LEC/CLEC & IXC connectivity and infrastructure
• Interpret Engineering designs to obtain the relevant data to build the port paths in the OSS system. (able to understand the flow and design to point out issues/discrepancies)
• Possess strong technical aptitude with multiple FTI networking tools including but not limited to: MR tool, Harris DICE, ClearQuest, SSMT,FINs, Metasolv, PITs (Parts), Field Dispatch tool, OSS tool.
• Strong data analytical background, identifying patterns, determining root causes
• Datamining
• Strong communication skills, able to coordinate and facilitate projects
• Very detail oriented/meticulous/extremely organized
• Works well under pressure
