Job Description:
Dynamo Technologies, LLC has an immediate opening for a Junior Management Analyst to provide mission essential and administrative support to management-level, experienced program support specialists. Junior Management Analysts play a crucial role in providing administrative, mission-critical support to management-level personnel and to experienced program support specialists. They handle a variety of duties including documentation planning and support, project administration, program management support, event planning and administration, note-taking, office relocation and configuration planning, mail services, records management, data input, and other office administration functions.
This role is an in-person role at an office near/in Tyson's Corner
Duties/ Responsibilities
Assist in documentation planning and support for various projects and programs.
Provide administrative support for project and program management tasks.
Assist in organizing and coordinating events, including logistical arrangements and administrative support.
Take detailed notes during meetings and compile relevant information for reporting purposes.
Assist in office relocation and configuration planning as needed.
Manage mail services and ensure timely distribution of correspondence.
Maintain records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Support data input and verification processes to ensure data integrity.
Perform other office administration functions as required.
Required Skills/Abilities
Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government suitability clearance.
Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with Government and contractor personnel
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and work under tight deadlines.
Ability to work well with different levels of authority, backgrounds, personality, and experience.
Ability to learn quickly.
Excellent critical thinking, organizational, problem solving, oral and written communication skills.
U.S Citizenship required

Education and Experience:
A minimum of an Associate's degree however a Bachelor of Arts or Science preferred
At least two (2) years of experience related to immigration, specifically non-immigrant students, preferred
