Provide education and training of SOCOM operators with basic and advanced training in radio frequency (RF) theory, signals overview, RF diagnostics, device isolation equipment, and associated procedures to meet EOD end states. The knowledge and skills attained in this training will encompass the assessment of the tactical situation, the employment of advanced electronic diagnostic procedures, and utilization of electronic countermeasure mitigation techniques. The training will replicate the current geopolitical situation and anticipated threats in a simulated tactical environment while following all safety precautions. Sub-task include:

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop curriculum support material and provide training to operational units on EW/Cyber compatibility and interoperability with a variety of SOF hand-held, man-packable, and vehicle-borne tactical EW/EOD and exploitation equipment/systems in an expeditionary environment are required.
- Event support includes, but is not limited to, testing and/or training events, exercises, and field service requirements.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Military or civilian instructor certification. More than five (5) years' conducting Performance Oriented Training, preferably with USSOCOM.
- More than five (5) years' experience with military EW/Cyber systems, preferably with SOF units.
- Extensive knowledge of the electromagnetic spectrum is required. Recent knowledge within the last five (5) years of relevant tactical EW/Cyber operations is required, preferably with USSOCOM.
- Knowledge and experience on current SOF EW/Cyber and/or other comparable systems that provide similar mission capability to DoD customers.
- Capability of lifting to a height of 40" and, without assistance, carrying equipment, weighing up to 100 pounds, a distance of up to 50 feet.
- Training and certification with more than five years' experience on military tactical electronics. Training and certification shall be through military courses and on-the-job training or documented through civilian equivalent courses relevant to military EW/Cyber tactical systems, preferably with USSOCOM.
- First-hand experience in the integration and operations of commercial and military systems including EW/CYBER and tactical communications, preferably with USSOCOM.
- More than two years' experience as an electronics hardware maintenance person, preferably with USSOCOM.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team environment focusing on meeting tight deadlines.
