Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of contract execution in support of MCCOG operations.
- Manage program performance, including cost, schedule, and technical execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the Government Program Manager and stakeholders.
- Coordinate the activities of subcontractors, project personnel, and client stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, applicable regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide regular reporting on program status, risks, and performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
- Apply best practices in IT service management and cyber operations in a classified environment.
- Foster a high-performance team environment and mentor junior personnel.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing contracts or task orders of similar size, scope, and complexity.
- At least 5 years of experience in a C4 (Command, Control, Communications, and Computers) environment with systems and network applications relevant to the Marine Corps or similar defense networks.
Certifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- IAT Level III certification such as CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, or CCSP
- ITIL v4 Foundation Certificate
Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven ability to manage teams in high-tempo, mission-critical environments.
- Familiarity with DoD and Marine Corps cybersecurity policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and operational requirements in a classified environment.
