Close Air Support Simulation Technician
Key Role:
Assist with performing capabilities and programing training task analyses for a Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) and Joint Fire Observer (JFO). Operate and design missions to support in planning, programming, developing, and producing learning objectives (DLO) mapped to the TTL effectively. Translate air, ground, maritime, space, and electronic orders of battle for the US into simulation environments. Support Combatant Commanders' Exercise initiatives and prosecute those tasks.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. Close Air Support Simulation Technician

Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with Joint training and evaluation
- 5+ years of experience as an instructor
- Experience with Air-to-Air, Air-to-Ground, Electronic Combat, and Joint Operations
- Knowledge of general close air support procedures and tactics in accordance with JPUB and JFIR E
- Knowledge of Tactical Air Control Party and ASOC operations and planning processes
- Ability to travel to field exercises
- Ability to match kinetic effect to preferred outcome
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with JTACs, JFOs, and ASOC personnel
- Experience with Close Air Support operations
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- PMP or CTEP Certification
