We are seeking a highly skilled Senior OPIR Technical Advisor to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge OPIR software capabilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of OPIR data exploitation by working directly with developers, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions are technically robust, operationally relevant, and aligned with objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of software solutions tailored to OPIR mission requirements.
- Evaluate system design documents, software prototypes, and technical deliverables for alignment with operational goals.
- Participate in sprint reviews, technical interchange meetings (TIMs), and formal design reviews to provide OPIR subject matter expertise.
- Support in assessing contractor performance against OPIR-specific technical and functional benchmarks.
- Ensure that system architectures and software tools effectively support OPIR sensing, data processing, analysis, and visualization.
Required Qualifications:
- Senior-level experience in OPIR systems, including a strong understanding of tasking, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TPED).
- In-depth knowledge of OPIR data systems, sensor operating modes, and data processing methodologies.
- Familiarity with the OPIR mission community, including key organizations, workflows, and strategic objectives.
- Proven ability to analyze and validate complex system architectures and analytic toolchains.
- Experience supporting software development teams and evaluating technical artifacts for operational suitability.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interface effectively with technical teams.
- Must have hands-on experience with Python.
- Active TS-SCI with ability to obtain a CI Poly
Years of Experience / Degree Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (Master's preferred; PhD desired).
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience with OPIR data systems, processing pipelines, and exploitation workflows.
- 10-15 years of experience in software or systems engineering, with direct involvement in Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) mission systems.
