Training Program Analyst
Location: Falls Church, VA (Hybrid – up to 75% telework)
Clearance Level: Ability to obtain a clearance (Active or previous clearance preferred)
Summary:
3 Reasons Consulting is seeking a Training Program Analyst to support training coordination, workforce development, and program execution for a Department of Defense (DoD) healthcare client. This role is critical in ensuring workforce readiness, compliance with training standards, and alignment with strategic program goals. The successful candidate will design, coordinate, and deliver synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences and support logistics and program evaluation functions. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about adult learning, instructional design, and defense-readiness training operations.
Services to be performed include, but are not limited to:
Analyze and coordinate training requirements to support equipment, programs, and end users.
Design and deliver training content including lesson plans, training aids, and interactive sessions.
Develop and manage synchronous (in-person/virtual) and asynchronous (CBT/self-paced) training modules.
Execute and manage logistics for educational sessions, workshops, and readiness events.
Track and report training metrics, success indicators, and return on investment data.
Prepare after-action reports, lessons learned, and recommendations for training enhancement.
Provide just-in-time training resources and coaching support to reinforce learning transfer.
Coordinate with Navy Medicine Education and Training to align objectives with HIT adoption and sustainment goals.
Deliver and update a comprehensive training and education plan with timelines and milestones.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Defense Studies, Instructional Systems Design, or related field
2–4 years of experience supporting training or workforce development initiatives within DoD or Military Health Systems
Experience coordinating training events, exercises, or readiness programs
Familiarity with military training doctrine and education policies
Preferred Certification(s):
Training and Development, Instructional Design, or Project Management certifications preferred
(e.g., ATD CPTD, DAU credentials, PMP)
Clearance Level:
U.S. Citizenship required
Ability to obtain or maintain a government security clearance
