- Demonstrated experience managing projects.
- Demonstrated experience consulting with technical partners.
- Demonstrated experience evaluating technical and non-technical requirements.
- Demonstrated experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience using project integration tools to track projects.
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting Tier-1 workstation issues such as Monitor and Printer Installs

DESIRED SKILLS:
- Demonstrated experience assisting customers to identify and select best solutions for requirements.
- Demonstrated experience working with Sponsor, and internal IT partners.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
