Responsibilities for the Mechanisms Engineer:
- Help to design, assemble, and test mechanisms, ground support equipment, and thermal vacuums by assisting with assembly, integration, and test (AIT) of mechanical systems in the aerospace field.
- Analyze test data, pass/fail criteria, perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot anomalies, and develop automated test fixtures.
- Support a hands-on factory-floor with manufacturing focused on electronics missions.
Required Qualifications for the Mechanisms Engineer include:
- 1+ years of experience in Aerospace Mechanism Development or Testing
- Proficiency in CAD, assembly/testing
- Familiarity with vibration/TVAC testing, fixture design, or Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- Bachelor's Degree
Compensation for the Mechanisms Engineer include:
- $80,000-100,000 **depending on years of experience (1-4)
