Compensation: $150K–$180K

QSSHire is partnering with a cleared client to find a seasoned Strategy & Change Management Consultant. If you thrive at the intersection of business transformation, change leadership, and stakeholder engagement, this role was built for you.
We’re seeking a forward-thinking consultant to help lead a high-impact HR modernization effort. You won’t just manage plans, you’ll help shape how people, processes, and technology come together for lasting operational success. If you bring expertise in change strategy, communication, process redesign, and end-user readiness, we want to hear from you.
This position is 100% on-site in Chantilly, VA, supporting a dynamic and secure program where your contributions will influence how the organization evolves and supports its workforce.
In This Role, You’ll:
• Partner with client teams to understand business challenges and co-develop tailored solutions
• Lead or support full lifecycle organizational change—from strategy to communication, training, and long-term adoption
• Design and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Drive strategic messaging, stakeholder outreach, and engagement campaigns
• Create high-impact deliverables including briefings, reports, infographics, and performance metrics
• Identify best practices and opportunities for process innovation and improvement
• Analyze and enhance HR-related workflows and system support processes
• Refine business and technical requirements to ensure mission alignment
• Support training development, rollout planning, and end-user support
• Develop reusable templates, standards, and guidance for scalable learning solutions
• Bring new ideas to the table—especially around modern learning methods and communication strategies
You’ll Succeed Here If You Have:
• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of experience in management consulting
• 2+ years of experience in organizational change management
• Strong business process analysis capabilities
• Ability to manage deliverables with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to adapt in fast-paced environments
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Expertise in developing high-quality executive presentations
Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, or Power BI
• ERP or HR system implementation experience (bonus if with PeopleSoft)
• Experience managing internal websites or intranet content (HTML a plus)
• Change management certification (Prosci, CCMP, Kotter, etc.)
• Ability to produce short-form, engaging program videos (Camtasia experience a plus)
• Experience bridging business needs with technical solutions in a secure environment
