Silotech Group is seeking a Project Management Analyst to support the Surface Training Resource Management System (STRMS) under the Navy's Code 80 mission. This high-impact role ensures effective tracking of training systems and integrates new capabilities into legacy platforms.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in any discipline or 15 years of experience.
Experience
Minimum 15 years of professional experience; 20+ years preferred.
Certifications
Surface Warfare Officer or Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist preferred.

- Integrate data and reporting functions across legacy and modern platforms.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
- Provide technical and operational guidance in STRMS lifecycle support.
