As a SIGINT Analysis and Reporting Instructor, you know that even the best tools and processes can't have an impact without the right instruction. Developing interactive learning materials and methodologies that teach SIGINT analysis and reporting tradecraft requires a real passion for understanding the needs of your United States Marine Corps mission partner. We are providing a SIGINT professional an opportunity to help solve some of the nation's toughest SIGINT challenges by crafting effective training.

On our team, you'll work with United States Marine Corps SIGINT professionals to capture our mission partners' training needs and advise them on the right learning solution to help them accomplish their training and readiness objectives. Putting the learner at the center of the training experience, you'll design national level SIGINT-approved curriculum to enhance unit-level proficiency in SIGINT operations.

You'll use your technical skills, creativity, and experience to come up with new ideas to develop an engaging, interactive learning experience in formal learning settings to support training and certification of United States Marine Corps SIGINT professionals preparing for deployment and SIGINT operational tasking. You'll be able to hone your leadership skills as you share your expertise through leadership and mentoring. This is a chance to use your deep understanding of SIGINT analysis and reporting training methodologies to shape a creative learning experience that will engage students. You Have:

• Experience delivering national level SIGINT analysis and reporting instruction to United States Marine Corps personnel
• Experience utilizing NCU-approved curriculum and standards to conduct classroom, practical, or scenario-based training
• Experience in SIGINT operations and reporting in tactical, operational, or strategic environments
• Experience in an instructional role
• Experience maintaining detailed training and certification records for training audiences
• Knowledge of national level SIGINT training systems
• Ability to coordinate with national level SIGINT training elements and unit leadership to ensure instructional relevance and operational readiness
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Intelligence, Instructional Design, or similar field
• Formal instructor training certification from service or IC-level organization

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
