The salary range for this position is:
Minimum Salary: $102,540
Salary Midpoint: $133,302
Maximum Salary: $164,064

- Synthesizes business requirements and objectives and drives the development of solutions.
- Collaborates with talented designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to plan and build new features.
- Coaches and mentors others to develop their professional skills.
- Drives all phases of the development lifecycle from task creation to production deployment of new code.
Your Responsibilities in This Role:
- Designs and implements effective, secure software solutions that meet the business and technology requirements of the project.
- Articulates business needs and translates them into technology solutions.
- Creates technical processes that create testable and maintainable software with minimal technical debt.
- Troubleshoots technical issues in application and infrastructure code.

Technical Skills:
- Leads the software implementation of complex systems based on high-level software architecture.
- Translates software architecture and requirements into low-level designs and implementation strategies.
- Selects appropriate programming languages, frameworks, and tools to implement the software architecture and meet requirements.
- Leads one or more technical teams responsible for implementing software systems.
Prior Experience:
- Must have experience applying programming concepts in a professional or academic setting.
- Must have notable experience applying modern software development methodologies, such as Agile, DevOps, or DevSecOps, in a professional or academic setting.
Project Specific Qualifications:
This role includes additional qualifications to help deliver bold, impactful work for our clients.
Education:
- Master's or bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems.
Clearance:
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or higher
Requirements:
- FOURTEEN (14) or more years of professional experience with a bachelor's degree or TEN (10) or more years of professional experience with a master's degree required
- Must possess an Agile Developer Certification or a Certified Scrum Developer Certification.
