- Salary Range - $50,000 to $60,000
- Clearance - A successful candidate must have an active "Secret" clearance to be considered.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Human Resources Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to HTJCoE S1, assist with recruitment processes, maintain employee records, and coordinate HR projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a human resources support role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a Secret Clearance
Responsibilities:
- Military Personnel Actions: Prepare variety of military personnel actions in accordance with regulatory guidance. This includes in/out processing, reclassifications, branch transfers, separations, retirements, promotions/reductions, evaluation reports, awards and decorations, record updates, and finance actions. Act as the HT-JCOE J1 point of contact and liaison for military and civilian personnel requirements and actions.
- Administrative Services: Assist with processing a variety of administrative actions, time and attendance reports and data input. Distribute and disseminate incoming and outgoing documents, including personnel actions, classified materials and documents. Establish procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for administrative programs/actions.
- Reporting and Accountability: Collect, compile, analyze, and publish information to provide technical guidance and assistance in military and civilian personnel reporting and accountability. Prepare and submit daily status reports. Provide instructions on reporting requirements to all other HT-JCOE Course Leadership and management, and administrative personnel. Consolidate and prepare responses to internal and external requests for administrative, management, or personnel-type requirements.
- Financial Assistance: Provide assistance to all assigned personnel and students concerning finance matters related to the area of responsibility. Interpret regulations and policies, advise on appropriate courses of action, prepare implementing instructions and standard operating procedures, and disseminate throughout the center.
- Liaison Duties: Act as a liaison between employees and the Civilian Personnel Advisory Center (CPAC), Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) payroll, and other appropriate internal or external office/agencies to coordinate actions and resolve questions/problems. Provide assistance and direction to military and civilian personnel regarding processing actions related to internal personnel and administrative matters.
