Description
Command Post Technologies, Inc. (CPT) is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support E-20, the Advanced Hypersonic Weapons & Guided Munitions Division at NSWC Dahlgren. This high-impact role supports cutting-edge research and development efforts across a range of advanced engagement systems. E-20's mission encompasses guided and unguided projectiles, guided missiles and rockets, advanced fire control systems, gun and launcher systems, sensors, and high-speed projectiles.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education and/or advanced certification.
• Active Secret Security Clearance
• At least 5 years of general experience, including at least 4 years of specialized experience.
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of program operations in meeting established goals, requirements, and objectives
• Develop life cycle cost analyses of projects or performing cost benefit or economic evaluations of current or projected programs
• Analyze information to develop program reporting systems including the systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology
• Analyze new or proposed legislation, regulations, or requirements to determine impact on program operations, engineering design, or security
• Develop management and/or program evaluation plans, procedures, and methodology
• Analyze and evaluate proposed changes in mission or operating procedures.
