Logistics Management Specialist - Retrograde Site Supervisor

Universal Solutions International, Inc. is seeking a Retrograde Site Supervisor to join our team at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakenhurst, New Jersey, to support the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) Material Management Team (MMT). This position is responsible for the overall operation of the Retrograde Site.

Principal Duties:

• Accountable to the Project Manager for program success in meeting schedules, cost, and performance goals.
• Lead 4 to 6 workers at the retrograde site.
• Provide directions for daily operations.
• Maintain awareness of Army Reserve programs, customer priorities, and emerging or changing requirements.
• Prepare transportation and shipping documents for supplies located at the Retrograde site.
• Conduct inventories of all equipment on a monthly basis.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen.
• A minimum of 5 years providing logistics support for turn-ins of retrograde equipment in Classes II, III, IV, VII, and IX.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations. Minimum of 2 years, experience in SSA operations.
• AA or AS degree. An additional two (2) years of experience (below experience requirements) may be substituted.

SECRET security clearance required.
