You will be the Program Support representative for the Sustainment Operations Program Office. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional cost, quality, and schedule performance across multiple concurrent task orders and contracts, ensuring the success of our Sustainment Operations programs.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Program Support representative, you will be responsible for providing critical support to Program Managers, working closely with them to manage integrated master schedules, contract deliverables, risk, and program performance metrics. You will play a key role in fostering collaboration and identifying potential risks to ensure program success.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting FMS Program Managers with presentation development and communications across PAC-3 directorates, USG, and FMS Partners
• Coordinating with Sustainment Operations teams to ensure execution of contractual requirements on schedule and within cost targets
• Interfacing between the Program Office and Functional teams to achieve program goals
• Making recommendations to Program Managers for cost, quality, and schedule
• Coordinating with customers and internal IPTs to establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules
• Participating in cost estimate development, issue resolution, and communication of program performance and commitments
• Analyzing customer material readiness using ERP data to inform strategic decisions
• Participating in Configuration Control Board, Failure Review Board, Risk and Opportunity Board, and Corrective Action Board

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:

• Record of utilizing the Full Spectrum Leadership (FSL) model in executing responsibilities

• Formal presentation skills; ability to produce presentation materials appropriate to the audience
• Knowledge of process improvement methodology
Desired Skills:
• Proven resource management - people, material, and time
• Project management skillsets, including but not limited to: leadership, effective communication, planning/organization, risk management, and financial acumen
• PAC-3 Missile Segment system knowledge
• Experience in both a repair depot and a manufacturing environment
• Experience with various contract types and requirements development
• Proven customer relationship skills and previous experience with USG agencies, specifically SHIELD and DCMA
• Experience applying Control Account Management (CAM) and EVMS methodologies
• Familiarity with OASAS, ERP tool SAP (PRD and MRO) or similar databases
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
