Job Description
The Red Gate Group is seeking a highly capable IT Analyst (Global Field Support) to provide mission-critical support to the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) within the Chief Information Office (CIO) Operations Division. Based in the National Capital Region, this role plays a vital part in the planning, execution, and optimization of global IT support operations that directly impact national security missions around the world.
As an integral member of the CIO’s global support team, you will manage IT projects from initiation to completion—coordinating resources, defining deliverables, and ensuring performance excellence across geographically dispersed operations. You'll serve as a trusted IT subject matter expert (SME), leveraging deep technical knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and hands-on experience with hardware, equipment lifecycle management, and stakeholder coordination in classified environments.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and support enterprise-scale IT projects that sustain and evolve critical DIA systems and networks globally
Act as a liaison across technical and operational teams, aligning project goals with field mission needs
Drive effective change management, document lessons learned, and deliver performance insights to stakeholders
Champion service excellence and user-focused IT solutions in complex, time-sensitive environments
Qualifications
10+ years of IT experience, with strong expertise in hardware lifecycle and field support operations
Proven project leadership and organizational skills under pressure
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead in dynamic, high-stakes settings
Holds an active TS/SCI clearance and can pass a CI Polygraph
