Position Overview
LCS Defense is seeking a highly skilled FPGA Developer to join our classified hardware development team.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement RTL for high-speed networking applications,
Develop custom IP cores, integrate third-party IP
Ensure timing closure across complex designs.
Working closely with hardware and software engineers in a classified environment
Oversee FPGA implementation and optimization while supporting design verification and debug efforts.
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in electrical/computer engineering,
7+ years of FPGA development experience,
Proficiency in System Verilog,
Extensive experience with Xilinx/Intel FPGA design tools and high-speed interfaces (PCIe, Ethernet, DDR).
Desired Skills
Network security applications, networking protocols and standards, scripting languages (Python, Tcl),
Familiarity with hardware security requirements.
